Richard is the visionary behind the colossal project to build Eternal Wall, monumental piece of public art revealing how Jesus has answered a million personal prayers. It will be the largest database of hope stories in the world. Having the idea in 2004, God gave him the go ahead to launch in 2016. Richard has shared the incredible concept all around the UK, rallying people behind the belief that one individual’s answered prayer can be another person’s hope.
After becoming a Christian in 1990 Richard studied at bible college and then worked for British Gas before leaving the big corporate world to make his mark in entrepreneurship, co-founding both a software business and a marketing consultancy. With a keen love of football, he became CEO of Sports Chaplaincy UK, and was former chaplain of Leicester City Football Club (before they were famous and won the Premiership!)

Dr Ian Bullock is Chief executive officer, Eternal Wall of Answered Prayer Ian has spent 41 years working in the NHS and in universities, training the healthcare team with a career focus on ‘making a difference’. He has used both education and research to improve the quality of patient care and experience of care.

Ian has been a Christian since 1978. All through his professional life, he has felt his calling to be spiritual and not secular, and the opportunity now to bring his experience to this incredible legacy project, of declaring how God works in the detail of peoples lives captured in answered prayers is one he and Julie, his wife of 39 years is so excited about. How God called Ian into this role is in itself a wonderful testimony to how God works, and he feels honoured to walk alongside Richard and the team in making hope visible.

Michelle oversees the strategy to gather the one million answered prayers that will be part of Eternal Wall of Answered Prayer. Michelle joined the project in 2020; she has a passion to ensure that every nation around the globe, and every town, city and village in the UK, feature on this landmark, until ‘the knowledge of the glory of the Lord covers the earth as the waters cover the sea’.

After becoming a Christian at university, Michelle worked in TV production and brand advertising, before studying at Nexus ICA, a Christian worship college. She was Head of Vocals and Songwriting at Nexus, then worked as a music teacher in schools until God told her she needed a job that would stretch her more! She is part of the ministry team at her local church, where she also serves on the prophetic team and Sozo ministry.
