Regions

Build your segment

What do we mean by regions?

In Nehemiah chapter three there’s a list of the builders of the wall. It shares how “The Fish Gate was rebuilt by the sons of Hassenaah” and how “Jedaiah son of Harumaph made repairs opposite his house, and Hattush son of Hashabneiah made repairs next to him...” On and on it goes through 32 verses! Everyone in Jerusalem worked together to build the wall, because unless they all played their part Nehemiah’s vision would fail.

Eternal Wall is taking Nehemiah as God-given inspiration. It is our desire and mission to bring visible honour to the Name of God by preserving our Christian heritage, inspiring millions to pray, and proclaiming Jesus Christ to the nation. So now we are going to 70 regions, using the UK constituencies as our guide, giving each region a segment in Eternal Wall.

Our founder Richard Gamble, has often said that Eternal Wall is crowd sourced, with hundreds of people volunteering their skills. It’s crowd created, with thousands of stories of hope contained within it, and crowd funded with every donation, small or large, contributing to this public piece of art. This crowd is made up of many individuals, communities, churches and groups across the UK and beyond, and reaching out to each one of those is the heart behind this strategy.

Each region is filled with faithful Christians who have stories that tell of God's goodness. Every region of the UK will have the opportunity to share their story and build their segment, which will make hope visible to the generations, both locally and across the world.

Regions where we have champions!

How many answered prayers do we need from your area?

As you know Eternal Wall will have 1 million bricks each representing a story of answered prayer. To construct this enormous structure we have divided Eternal Wall into segments, each of which will contain approximately 10,000 bricks. We have then looked at each region and their population and worked out how many answered prayers we need before we open.
