A glimpse of Christian History in Nottinghamshire!
John Smith was an itinerant Wesleyan Methodist preacher, who had a passion for Jesus and travelled around the UK preaching the Gospel! From the day he gave his life, till his early death at 37, he had a burning desire to see others come to know Christ.
Through his short career as a preacher, thousands came to know Jesus. He was known for his firm faith that God would and wanted to save the worst sinners & his urgency for sinners to receive Christ and his love for prayer. John visited many areas in Nottingham. He could be found in places like Rushcliffe, Gedling, Ruddington and many more. Find more history from your area here.
