The Eternal of Answered Prayer will sit in
ten acres of green space
Footpaths under and around the structure will provide a range of physical, emotional and aesthetic encounters with the bricks for our visitors to enjoy. This will include a Hero’s of Faith woodland area, made up of 164 oak trees planted all around the site to commemorate individuals who have displayed unshakable faith, inspiring generations around the world.
The Eternal Wall, will be digitally mapped, essentially creating a digital copy of every brick, tree and bench. This digital fingerprint will be recognised by the bespoke phone app. When the visitor points their phone at any of the objects, the app will select the code of the object and present the content onto the user's phone. Through the Eternal Wall app, each commemorative tree will contain a short resume of the individual remembered and include a link to the associated organisation.
