Heroes of the Faith Woodlands

Beginning the conversation of prayer

In the land surrounding Eternal Wall, prayer gardens will be created and woodland with over 162 oak trees planted. Each tree will commemorate heroes sung and unsung who have given their lives to God’s purposes. Information about these heroes will be accessed on site digitally where visitors can watch, listen to or read the story about God’s impact on the lives celebrated. Heroes will be from past and current generations.

Beautifully landscaped gardens will offer visitors the chance to contemplate the answered prayers they have just discovered, to reflect on the role of faith and prayer in their lives, and to take the next steps in their spiritual journey. Trained chaplains will also be on-site to offer support.

Restoring our ancient woodlands

We will be working with land owners and farmers across the UK to create a new woodland area for each tree planted, thus creating 162,000 trees which will offset our carbon footprint.
