“I cannot fully express the joy when I heard my baby crying next door…”
30 years ago my wife was pregnant with our forth child. The labour started, all things were normal and we went into hospital. Whilst at the hospital the water’s broke and the umbilical cord came out first (prolapsed). As a result my wife had to be taken for an emergency C-section. We had prayed before the labour and throughout the pregnancy, but during that time we were terrified because we knew the baby might die and the nurses and doctors were saying things like “we can’t find the heartbeat” and everybody, although professional, was obviously highly concerned. I was taken into one room and my wife was taken into the surgery area but I was next door praying and asking the lord to bless us. I cannot fully express the joy when I heard my baby crying next door and I just burst into tears. God is so good.
