We had been trying to conceive our first baby for nearly 2 years with no joy. We prayed and prayed but initially nothing happened. We went to the doctors and hospital and had various tests over a 6 month period. They couldn’t find anything wrong so referred us for IVF. As the initial appointment letter arrived in the post we found out that we were pregnant! This was a huge answer to prayer especially as this was in March 2020 when Covid first hit and the IVF clinic actually closed for a long while so we wouldn’t have been able to start the IVF anyway. In the dark times it felt like it would never happen but we held on to God and held on to hope and we now have the most beautiful little boy who brings us an endless amount of joy. God is good.
