Revealing Christ to the nations
We believe God has called us to create Eternal Wall of Answered Prayer to Make Hope Visible to others. To share Jesus’s miraculous and loving nature celebrated through answered prayers. We believe that the collection of one million testimonies will ignite faith, and belief in the power of prayer, on a global level.
We hope that this project will embolden Christians to share their faith and their stories of answered prayer more freely…
God has faithfully and powerfully moved throughout the history of the UK. He has answered prayers of people such as St Augustine way back in the sixth century, right through to the more modern times of WWII, when millions of people queued up outside churches to pray for the men on the beaches of Dunkirk. 75,000 ‘heritage bricks’ will be included in Eternal Wall to celebrate answered prayer dating as far back as 600 AD. This is to preserve and remember how God has helped people all throughout our nation’s rich history.
We know that we will have faithfully sown into future generations and shared with them what Jesus has done in our time.

God’s part in this
This project, simply put, is impossible. But from the day we started we have repeatedly seen the favour of God.
Prayer is the foundation for operations at Eternal Wall. We have a dedicated intercession team and actively hearing from God is woven into our team culture. We have experienced amazing connections, miraculous provisions and we have our own long list of answered prayers!
We have included some examples from our experience of His guidance & support throughout this rollercoaster journey below.
The vision
The idea for the project came to founder Richard Gamble in a vision at Easter 2004 when he was carrying a cross around his home town, to encourage locals to think about Jesus during Easter.
The provision of ‘Heavenly Land’
The story of how we acquired the land is utterly incredible and displays God’s favour on this work.
An HR problem solved by divine intervention
We’re blown away by the number of times on this journey that God has brought forward someone with exactly the right skills just at the right time.
Incredible financial provision in the early days
Early in the project we were in dire need when the Holy Spirit led one of our faithful supporters to give. Little did he know how critical his support was on that Monday morning.
Where does the church fit?
The Eternal Wall will attract millions of visitors to the physical and digital sites. We will seek to connect those visitors on their spiritual journey with the appropriate local church and Christian organisations.
