“I couldn’t absorb nutrition whatsoever”

I couldn’t absorb nutrition whatsoever. As a result, I was malnourished and was submitted to hospital to try tube feeding. The tube failed, so I began to pray to rejoice in God always and in everything give thanks no matter the circumstance. I prayed that whether or not God healed me, I would know God is good all the time. I prayed this consistently for 5 months before I saw any physical healing. In time, God enabled me to absorb nutrition. He also gave me a new, more profound peace and trusting relationship with Him. Now I have joy and peace every day that is not conditional on circumstances.
